Dilli

This city is weird, you see. Here, men ogle at women's legs if bare; laugh when they hear them make a point; stare and smile, as if the fact that they exist is a joke, when they hold the steering.
I sometimes wonder if there is any city in the world as brazen as the national capital, which may have history to boast of and perhaps Delhi Metro when it comes to genuine pride, but what does one make of history which is spoilt by the excesses of the present, sexist ones at that?
